Safety practices and education are a top priority and a fundamental core value at Arnold & Co. Our Safety Director, John Davis, a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington’s Certified Safety and Health Official Program, is responsible for overseeing all company safety training.

We mandate that every employee complete a safety orientation, which includes both interactive discussions and hands-on demonstrations to ensure that specific policies and procedures are always followed properly.

In addition to the safety orientation, we require all field employees to undergo OSHA and heavy equipment training to stay up-to-date with current standards. Our Safety Director conducts regular and random job site inspections to identify new hazards and assess the effectiveness of our safety and health program. The success of Arnold & Co’s safety efforts relies on the commitment to workplace safety from all employees, from senior management to the newest hire.

The effectiveness of our safety initiatives is ultimately measured by safe job site performance. We instill a safe attitude in every employee, and through extensive training, we foster positive behaviors and practices that promote safety.
